In terms of fasting, I used to preach more extended fasts (3 days on average) but since we are quarantined that changed a little bit and now I'm doing shorter fasts but everyday, I only get breakfast after 1 PM. I really like basketball, but I can't play with my friends because of the current situation, so I try to exercise from home, but I don't think it is enough since the rest of the day I don't move at all.
