I have given up on her 100% in the last week, still living together, it’s been 3 months, I discovered the other guy in the first 2 weeks of her saying she wanted separation. I’m just over 2 months in, I was blindsided, my sleep is still shit, have to take a over the counter medication which gets me through to between 4-6am, without it I get a few hours sporadic sleep. Went to the doctor and he has prescribed some anti depressants that make you drowsy but I am trying not to start them ideally

I had my first dream about her last night coincidentally! My much loved and missed dog came back to life, then my ex was pregnant with the dead baby of the guy she cheated with. It fucked me up for the day that’s for sure 😳🥺

I’m in the same situation, telling the kids 2 weeks from now, I’m going to have to pretend it’s mutual despite it being all her and she’s seeing someone thinking it’s a secret and no one knows (all my family and friends know) It’s fucked up but need to protect the kids 😢

I would say the betrayal is massive, but my biggest problem is that she didn’t talk to me, she didn’t try and work anything out, she just quit on me and the family she quietly built resentment and that made her grow out of love with me and then she was done.
