Incorrect and may I recommend you don't make armchair assumptions about the human body from reading a paragraph since that can cause further confusion for the noobs. The actual problem lies in two herniated discs which I saw on MRK. I pulled a 180kg deadlift with awful form and pop it went. Doctors told me never to lift again and to take their painkillers. I told them to fuck off, hired a Starting Strength coach, fixed my form and an slowly getting back to old numbers.
