I feel like there's somthing weird goin on at this point. Everyone is a huge stiff if feels like. Stead fast boyz!

Pretend like your dying or the world is ending and you have nothing to lose. Lie to yourself until you belive it. "Its only after we've lost everything that we're free to do anything."

Muscles help but your attracting another crowd. Its all about additude my man. I just had this discussion with some peeps, and honestly being present and able to show your peronalilty raises your attractivenes ten fold. This is why the best way to meet women, still, is through someone you know or someone you work with. A situation where you can be personable. You may not be the most attractive, but man, having a good addistude in person is GOLd. All the apps are fucked.

Hey there, fellow avoidant. Seek some therapy if you can afford it, or, writing def helps. Just need to find out what scares ya about being intimate and vulnerable. I'm working on it too ATM. I'm in a situation where I just broke it off with my gf of 2 years, basically cuz we reached a point where it was more serious and ive been overanalyzing whether im making the right desecions about it, or if i truley feel enough for this person to carry on, etc, etc. Maybe try talking to your partner about …

Some recent things with my partner made me realize. I could never truly commit to her. Always keeping some sort of distance. It was hard and scary telling her I loved her, and I felt like I was forcing it. I do really love her, it was just a terrifying thing being vulnerable like that. There is always a sense of, i dont need anyone or anything, and in fact I remember telling her at the beginning that I have my walls up, never realizing how serious it was and blowing it off. Always feeling like I…

I'm an avoidant, and this is mostly true.

It's important to be playful too, have some fun, it's all about attitude and delivery

Even if you fabricate or assume something about her is good, then she has a chance to defend herself and it's often goes along with the teasing nature.

One of the best things I've found is just being observant. Look at her hands, comment on her jewelry or the funny way she says something, lil tease goes far. Or something around you. One good subject and the conversation should roll on to other things

Have a drink but not too much, and most importantly expect nothing. Just have good time

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
