I don't see a problem with terminating a pregnancy without the father's consent. Up until recently men have been able to get women pregnant without the woman's consent.. I think women suffer the correct amount of consequences when it comes to the law. The law punishes Men more severely because corporation want to utilize prison labor for profit. It's the economics incentives that create this inequality. In the workplace, men are not constantly ridiculed for their behavior. That data doesn't reflect when men want to father a child they did not produce. These types of men, are good men. It's a shame the state has to mandate men to be good men.

It is equal for mother and father. It's just that more women get custody than men. I also think women should pay for Child Support if he's the primary holder of custody. But it's not in most cases.
