They are vastly underrepresented, but to say that they cannot or will not enter STEM careers is a blatant, sexist lie. 1	Found in r/dankmemes Actually, you’re wrong. While the automobile industry is male-dominated, in the US, over 25% of jobs in the industry are held by women. 8% of executives are women. At Fiat Chrysler, 38% of the executives are female. 27% of the board of directors is female. This is a problem, and women need representation in the industry, but to say that all cars are made and designed by men simply isn’t true.
