Go to /r/skincareaddiction , it can be numerous things. It has to be something related to gym and sweat. I believe mine is because of my bulking I did.. And the shit i ate. Its horrible now but im using body spray on it and its helping also have to exfoliate and clean with a brush evrytome i showrr. No good having abs and muscle when you have back acne bro.
