Buuhuu. I remember charter flights to Spain, Italy, etc when I was a kid in the 80s. People were smoking all over. They'd even lay down on the floor with the drink in one hand and the cigarette in the other. It was not a problem at all, and here you are whining about one little cigarette. Get over it already.
