This is the path I found myself on and I agree. Red pill theory is great, it'll pull you out of oneitis or simply make you more aware. NoFap forces your hand. There are extremes on both subs though. Insecure posers here like to belittle others or focus on hating/discrediting different ways of thinking. NoFap does have its share of guys that turn soft or "nice guy" to the extreme though. I commented something similar before reading your comment. More and more I see TRP changing into something negative and vitriolic. A large subgroup is losing the fundamental tenants of self improvement and sharing insightful knowledge. I'm having more and more trouble defending TRP from everyone else. This sub needs to let go of the hate and sensationalist bullshit that headlines propagate.
