–	"His" The title is "his". I don't see how that does or doesn't suggest much of anything honestly. Grammatically correct or not, it's outdated usage in this context is insulting. –	"His" Actual men's rights issues? Care to elaborate? I'm aware of what NCP stands for but the convenient use of "his" rather than "their" is intentional. I wish I would've taken a photo of the application I filled out in person after the online application didn't go through (it was too confusing that I, the NCP, filled it out and not the mother).
