Let me expand on step 3 a little more. Don't argue about everything he says. Don't criticize every thing he does. Be agreeable and soft make him feel like you are there to help and make things easier not there to suck all the resources out of the room and leave. I can get really pretty women easily but man I want to unalive myself if I have to spend more then five minutes with a dumb, vapid, selfish low to no skills having cunt.

When I worked a shit job I would be like well at least I can try and get some pussy and if I get fired who cares. Now that I have a real Job I don't even look at women. My job is way to important to me to risk.

Murder is a capital crime. Domestic violence is not. In an assault case most of the time the victim has to press charges. In some jurisdictions the police can press charges on behalf of the victim but that is not the norm. In murder case the victim can't speak for themselves so the state reserve the right to do that for the victim. In most assault cases the victim can speak for themselves so the state leaves it up to the victim to press charges.

Usually it's because the victim decided not to press charges.

All of this and now imagine all those lying sales scum hitting on you every day because your physically attractive and me having to deal with it, and me having to choose them over you because they are really good at selling shit, but trying to make it look like I actually care that you were being harassed. Moral to the story, don't put meat in front of lions, and my life becomes easier. But have some fuglys on the payroll for cover.... In the real world we call this making a business decision.

I would never higher beautiful women when I ran an office. Would I hire women, yes.. only if they were homely. My first year in management I did not have this rule in my back pocket and it was such a night mare with all the HR bullshit. Never again.

Yeah this list basically explains my child hood. But this list also explains why I am highly paid professional who makes hiring firing decisions for a large company. I never hire a young beautiful women, because they are nothing but incompetent, morons with attitudes that just cause distractions to my actual talent. Sometimes making things easier for a person isn't necessarily what's best for them in the long run. For the record some of my best employees are women, there just ugly and way over w…
