You're welcome. Trust me when you're knackered from a workout eating is so nice. But yeah proteins fill you up quite quickly. You can always add a little bit of extra flavor like blueberries (good for your oxygen levels ) to make the meal more interesting. Try to aim for something like 12-15 reps and 3 sets. Don't lift too heavy that you can't make it but not too light that it's too easy. Always do leg presses as well. Good luck!

That's a lot of cardio. You should definitely eat more. When I was working out last year I only gained 1 kg in 9 weeks working out 3 times per week. I cycled 10 km before workout and 10 km after. Besides that I cycled about 40 km during the rest of the week. I just ate my regular meals I ate for years that kept me at normal weight but I added 3 sandwiches with peanut butter as workout prep and about 500 grams of Greek yogurt with 100 g of almonds as post workout meal. This was probably not enoug…

You're right about many things but you're wrong about endurance.
