Yeah but MGTOW isn’t supposed to be about hating women. At least the name implies that it isn’t. The name “Men Going Their Own Way” implies a message that men are forgetting about women, and being individual independent people. But instead like I’ve said, it’s more about focusing on the negatives of women. I’ll try it out. Do you buy all the ingredients separately on amazon and then mix them yourself? Also it seems the diet lacks enough calories and doesn’t have enough protein for me. I am 6’3” and have a fast metabolism, I can easily blow through 3,000+ calories a day.

Hey man could you maybe tell me where you buy the powder and in what size or how you make it? You might have just fixed ALL of my problems.
