Maybe in rare cases where mom is psycho enough to have the kids taken from her, would the kids benefit. 2	Is there such thing as a happy marriage??? Yep. They really got their way legally. They are freed from responsibility every step of the way. It's really backward. Who knows why legislators think that children need their mothers more than their fathers. In fact it seems quite the opposite. Children do awfully in single mother households but fare quite well in the (rarer) single father household. It is not in their nature to be content with a simple existence and they typically see children differently than men.
