Fight training is excellent. Look for a boxing/mma gym. Make sure it's not some new hipster fight gym like 90 Round, try to find an old timer place like you might see in Rocky they are genuinely awesome and the guys there are usually awesome and love finding new people. Another great option is endurance running. Pick out a 2 mile loop around your place and finish every run with 20 pushups and situps.

The aerospace industry is super hot right now. I am studing aerospace engineering and i am looking at $70k+ USD upon graduation. I get you dont want to go to school long or at all. Still I would recomend looking into a airframe & power plant (A&P) licence or an air traffic control (ATC) program. Both programs are 2 years or less.
