Take an online study. Some of them, at least here in Europe, are dirth cheap and you can study when you like. I'll probably do that myself. There is still high demand for developers etc, but honestly, starting at 30 is late. It can be done, but there is lots to learn. If you are in the field you kinda just absorb knowledge as you go.
