The main symptoms are lumps and bumps or anything strange feeling. Also, lower back pain and tiredness were symptoms I had. If you want a cheap test, buy a pregnancy test and pee on it. Those tests look for a hormone called bHCG, the main tumor marker in testicular cancer. If it comes back positive get yourself to a doctor as soon as possible. Lung tumor surgery involves a cut along the shoulder blade, starting in the middle of your back and cutting round to under your arm. They then go in with a device that spreads your ribs wide open. They cut out what they can. Then they put in two fluid drains; pipes that come out of the side of your chest. One is small, one is 3/4 of an inch in diameter. The pain when you break a bone is nothing compared to removing the large pipe. I know, I’ve had both lungs done. Would not recommend. Up to you …
