I answered elsewhere but it's decriminalised in the UK, so the police stay out of it. Legalised countries like Germany are better. Great thing is the choice you have over the bar or club scene. UK, it's decriminalised so you don't have to worry about police stings like in the US. I hear Germany is the best in Europe as it's fully legalised, even better than Holland.
