It's just a racket. Says it will be installed by manufacturers but the manufacturer can opt out by paying a $20 fee. I was just thinking about this the other day. It is cruel and inhumane to deny someone a wanted death. I can understand some regulation and preventative measures (for example a process you have to go through to prevent impulsive/emotional suicides), but to deny death to someone who life has became too painful, whether physically or psychologically, is just cruel.
