With that consumer mentality you won’t be a millionaire. if the gummy bear from the no name brand contains the same ingredients, the only thing you’re paying for in the Haribo brand is the name. However theres a case case to be said of things like corn fed vs grass fed beef. Grass fed tends to taste better, is better on the body so it makes sense in that case to justify to pay the extra cost.

I'd have to disagree about taking business as a degree. You have to take a look at what you want to pursue later in life. If you want to start your own company, forget school. Being an entrepreneur, experience trumps qualifications. If you want to pursue high-level management at a company, maybe an MBA would be useful. Business taxes are expensive in Canada. So I store my money in a Swiss bank, and one of the regulations is you only get taxed on the money you bring here. Since I'm not a extreme consumer, most of my money gets re-invested into the business as an entity and I report a very low income. So I use money to make money and only take out what I need to put food on the table and a roof over my head.

Well the solution is to buy when in production, and not accept the recall. It's like the Note 7. You were recommended to send the phone back in as it was a hazard, but they didn't force you to, otherwise that would be an ethical issue.

Time is money and to produce accomplishments. You pursue women, and you lose this. Ask any billionaire what they would want back, it would be TIME. I rather spend my time learning how to make $1000 than how to pick up a 'HB8'. Because what can I do with $1000? Travel. Hire a high-class escort. Get a guitar teacher. Possibilities are endless. If I learn to pick up that 'HB8', I just have a HB8 that may or may not be with me in the future.
