Focus on opener, hook (like a compliment) and then get the contact. But ofc, your intention mustn't be weird or creepy, let the conversation flow, not for too long, and then be like I gotta go meet a friend, but I'd love to hang out with you later. Keeping it simple and spontaneous is always better than overt planning.

I normally wouldn't double text, but if you really wanna, just ask her, 'Hey, we never got a chance to be acquainted properly. If you're free over the weekend, we should catch up over drinks, I know a great place in the city.' Might or might not work, but if she's flaky with responses, she's just treating you like an option.
