I know exactly what you mean. What works for me personally is to think vividly of something yucky that makes your skin crawl, like a swarm of bugs crawling on you, or being inside a turned-over and overflowing porta-john. That might sound silly, but feel free to think of something else that's vivid and distracting. The key is to be distracted in that minute of temptation until you go on with the rest of your day.

Our Lord says in Matt 5:28: "Any man who looks at a woman lustfully has already committed adultery in his heart." Having a quick thought that you push out of your head in half a second is not a sin. Willfully entertaining such thoughts is a sin. This may seem like a high bar, but you should be able to have your sexual temptations under control within a year or two. Don't get discouraged if you can't get to full chastity overnight.

This 100%. You need to learn game young. The sooner you start, the sooner it will become natural. You don't want to be fumbling around making rookie mistakes at age 30 and turning off a potential wife. Don't feel the need to get a serious girlfriend though, you can learn game without locking yourself down. Keep lifting and being financially responsible, those are priorities.

She is looking for your "password", and by password, I mean girls will give you really high compliments like, "I feel safe with you" or "you're the biggest/best I've ever had" or "I want to give you your first child." Girls (whether they know they're doing it or not) like to try to get a guy to lower their guard/frame with these ego-stroking comments.
