I don't think this is social engineering all on its own. I think it's men mostly realizing they can make more money and go to school for shorter times by going into a trade like plumbing, welding, mechanics, etc. These are at community colleges mostly and if you look at majors like plumbing, welding, auto mechanics, etc 95%+ are men of all ages and nationalities.

I'd say the best way to do this is bring up how there are no female engineers at the office and this could cause them to miss out on certain opportunities that the men are getting (free lunch and breakfast being a couple) And you might also bring up that it would be fairer if instead of a set schedule for who's at the office and who isn't that a weekly rotating schedule would be best

I have a friend who is in his 50s and his ex-wife owes him 18 years of child support plus interest and hasn't been to jail cause she's refused to pay it. Swap the genders and the man would be in prison for not paying. Also I have a couple friends who are men that have been raped and they've gone to file reports to the police but we're laughed at and told by the police "Men can't be raped."
