I look at those guys the same. It is also taking advantage of alot of young men looking for answers and help.

This is a concept I've heard before and do agree with. Self is most important to take care of.

As an Aquaman fan if this actually happens then I'd like to see Aqualad come into the franchise.

Right, I think the point of this is that it shows something inherently strong and beautiful in men. We create out of necessity, but also to bring pleasure and happiness. We're adapters to challenge and come out way better after it. But, above all else we're nurturing and loving. These are traits that I think, alot of American society (my personal home) devalues and actively tries stiffle in men now.

Oh, I didn't know that, but it makes sense seeing as he said the Dr is 5-10 days away. I thought he meant by boat.

I was wrong to think that I deserved anything just because I tried and or succeeded. Trying means nothing and I used to think that the mere effort meant I deserved something for it. Trying and succeededing means nothing to anyone, but me. It doesn't mean I deserve anything. I've simply done something for myself. This has left me in a daze trying to reconcile my sense of accomplishment after doing something I deem right. But, that's life.

I don't think it has to be that way if the man is in a safe space of other men. If society laughs at us for showing insecurities and emotion than it's a problem that can be addressed by our smaller communities, like this one, not laughing and being understanding. I mean we're human, we can't just stop having emotions and we shouldn't supress it either, as that can be harmful and cause the individual to dwell on it too long.

I used to think that having a smaller circle of friends meant that you weren't well liked or antisocial, boy was I wrong

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
