https://philosophy.lander.edu/ethics/notes-nietzsche.html No. 4 (Slave Mentality reversed: Abundance Mentality for you and others) and No. 5 (Outcome/Validation Independence) are crucial for self development. Help people who are in it to help themselves and who specifically ask you for help. Be the Teacher, who only appears, when the student is ready to learn. Then offer a small piece of actionable advice. If they follow through, they are qualified for the next piece of advice, and so on. Don’t …

Love the answer and the constitution of mind that is described. Unfazed.

Thanks so much for your recommendations. I couldn’t find the third book. Who is the author of that book? Thanks so much in advance.

You have to take full responsibility for this. So when the dude actually challenges you, you have to stand up for your inability to unmistakably communicate the peaceful foundation of your interaction with your brother. For example: "Ohh no.. we love what you (as a group) do. I love when people make other people happy.. we even thought to sing happy birthday to you." depending on your stamina of confidence and momentum you were able to create in that moment you optionally would stand up and sing…

I see the way of anticipation: You and your brother opened yourself up to this confrontation by conveying a misinterpretation of "making fun of them" instead of commending them and their birthday gathering. You should've tried to integrate their social gathering by immediately congratulating or showing signals of affirmation once this dude looked over. But I can read that you were self-absorbed to not notice his observation that led to his misinterpretation, hence anger. You want to have a peace…

What a great article, I've enjoyed it a lot. I can recommend this interview about the "Suck" and how to embrace it: https://youtu.be/78I9dTB9vqM Please keep on posting on such topics. Thank you so much.

This is a so damn good written piece of valuable knowledge. What do you do think of TV Shows just for entertainment. Would you recommend to abstain from that, so I don't raise comfort? I catch myself wanting to watch senseless stuff to not do the work necessary. Do I build a interdependent system of efficiency (get shit done) by limiting/deleting dopamine triggering actions?

What do you gain "a tiny bit everyday"? To overcome resistance? Why wouldn't I "work up to it"? Because my Ego would give me more resistance? This is a very interesting topic and I sense the solution to some attitudes I want to correct in life.

You are spot on. People concentrate on the outcome and not on the execution, and that triggers doubt, as the outcome is beyond our control. What we can control is the training/execution, and the rest will figure itself out. Be execution oriented, as with each new exertion you become better; it's simultaneously the necessary training, besides the mitigation of fear. Actually on that note, never tell your kids:"you received good, because you are good/smart." As lovely kiddo will identify him/herse…

Actually the parable is very exact. And on your note: Security and happiness are things you will never catch from externals. Even if you have amassed all you set out to, your emotional homeostasis will be set at default again. Only through your inner rearrangement you feel secure and happy. And the best part of that is, you can reach that right now. I needed time to learn that, and now I sound like a Hippie, but still have my dress shoes on ;). But still lift, it will enhance your state, you wan…

I'm here because the topics are interesting. Maybe you can still explain my initial question just so I can understand you better. If you love yourself, why can't you be satisfied by your position in life? Is loving yourself a condition on never be satisfied with your life? You should love yourself unconditionally and independently and still strive to improve you're life, but not make love a co-dependent, because then you will actually never love yourself.

I write these words that are especially designated for this subreddit and to make you better. If you call something a scam, which by definition has nothing to do with a scam, you are evicting yourself of accountability and loose control of a situation, which is completely under your control. Actually it makes you Beta, because you victimize yourself. If there is no force or deceit involved then there is no scam. It's just a bad deal you might get into, because the suit turns out to be sub-optima…

Ohh man .. Go there and have fun. And be confident in what you do. It's very sad to read your lines. It's like not going to Amsterdam because you would be afraid of being associated with weed. Why do you care what others think about you?

Can you elaborate on that a little bit more? I'm actually happy with myself and don't want to change a thing. Like I am my own best man. How would your sentence relate to that?

I'm sorry but you have no idea how amazing this country is and how to live there. Only because the selection of men you got to know, we're unhappy doesn't mean that there are others having a blast!

It's still your decision! Please man up and accept that it's always you who is buying unless they robbed you or something!

Also reframe negative situations to positive ones. Stuck in traffic? Try to be present and enjoy the idle moment. Somebody betrayed you? You have acquired wisdom right now! You lost something? You gave it back to the universe, something more specific is already coming your way. Prosperity is the independence of thought.

I absolutely concur. If somebody asks me for a tip or a thought, I always respond with:"ask away man, I'm a guy with resources, I have more to give then the need to receive." This miraculously places me in a position of abundance and options. Actually the miracle is explained easily, because people want to spend more time with you and want to share their successes with you.
