| 3 | Fragile FemininityAs somebody in finance, can I point out that there is definitely a strong push for more women in finance roles? My graduating class had ~200 students, with about a 75/25 split between men and women. Yet somehow the proportion of folks who landed in the investment banking world was 50/50.
