My point is, he would have a greater effect, particularly on the people in the middle if he didn't align with all the garbage. Align with what garbage? Unpopular social truths? He holds a scorced Earth policy when it comes to SJW, regressive feminists, etc., and he has earned a lot of support in this respect. He fights fire with fire, and no ones had the balls to do that before so publicly in our hyper-PC society.

The point is not that it's a losing political argument, but that the same standards aren't applied universally. The Clintons rode into office by intimidating the women he raped into silence.

I still dont see a problem with just rolling the Window down. Only reason for not doing it would be to hide something illegal and then you should be ticked for it. do you understand how the US justice system works? innocent until proven guilty? burden of proof? anything? As he said in the video he didnt wanna put his hands in the window, he doesnt know if she will roll it up or drive away while his hands are inside. Which could injure him. so then why didnt he hand it to her when she stuck her h…

there's just a fundamental difference in how we see this situation. of course he's aware of his rules and procedures. he's aware of every little fib he needs to put forth in order to get her to comply, and regardless if it's a lawful request or not, his authority was legitimately challenged and it made him upset. it wasn't a bad reason... really? roll the window down for his safety? in what world does removing a solid object between you and an unknown person make you safer? id rather have a laye…

I'd argue it's people like you that result in people like her. If more people exercised their rights and stood up to this nonsense when appropriate, police would take fewer liberties in intimidating people with lies and threats of unlawful arrest, and abusing their rights.

what about having the window down makes him any safer, other than that's the lie that's told to get you to comply? if anything, having a layer of glass between him and the detainee would provide a bit of safety over nothing at all.

Here's your "war on women." This hatchet wound was not only one app button press away from destroying this innocent's father life because selfish cunty reasons, but she's also just another lonely loser throwing out false accusations and taking away legitimacy from real sexual assault victims. She also personifies why MRA have a fucking point, with this guilty until innocent bullshit. She should be rotting behind bars for 16 years, not 16 months. What a joke.

More detailed articles mention that there was no evidence to this, and that the original panel agreed. George Mason University expelled a male student engaged in a BDSM relationship with a young woman—even though the panel agreed their disputed sexual encounter was consensual because he stopped when he heard the safe word. That outcome didn't satisfy an assistant dean of students, so the administrator improperly granted an appeal and then reversed the panel's decision himself. That administrator…

That administrator, Brent Ericson, conceded that he "had already prejudged the appeal and decided to find plaintiff respo…
