3	HR is extremely female dominated, so if hiring bias against women exists in the way that feminists claim it does, how is that men's fault? No. The hiring manager is someone who wants you to work on their team. The HR manager is someone who manages HR processes around that (manager usually at higher level processes, someone more junior at admin level to assist with facilitating the hiring process and doing things like employment checks etc.) If you are applying to be a programmer, the person looking to hire you isn't HR - it's somebody like a Tech Lead who will have programmers reporting into him.	/r/MensRights	21/01/24 04:43 PM
