1	This double standard infuriates me I am wholeheartedly circumcision on babies. However my human sexuality professor told my class about an AIDS study in Africa that actually had to be stopped. They were testing the theory that male circumcision decreases their chances of contracting HIV. Scientific studies involve a control group (no circumcision) and an experiment group (circumcised). In terms of the alcohol - men and women alike, there is a point during intoxication in which you are truly incapable of making sound decisions. 2	Mr. Morgan makes a fair point I don't agree with yoir alcohol statement, but I'm interested in picking your brain about the parental rights. I'm female and even I agree that men should have the right to waive parental legalities of they don't want the baby that a woman won't abort. What I wanna know is, is this legal where your from?
