I mean art degrees can make money, there’s people who make millions designing logos for corporate brands. But then I guess there aren’t that many positions available.

Technically true, you also have a right to remove a kidney without cause, show me a surgeon in America that will do that for you. You can't compel a professional to perform a procedure he would be legally liable for, the professionals have rights too.

That's not how consultations work. He paid for a consult for a procedure, and he received the doctor's medical advice, just because he doesn't like the advice doesn't mean he has a legal basis to sue.
