I will only answer the first two questions. yes it's mostly pseudoscience and confirmation bias. It also commits the naturalistic fallacy (what is natural is good). It also misrepresents what "natural" is (i.e. alpha/beta dichotomy). It portrays itself as logical and reasonable, yet it's full of whiny, emotional rants about getting your feelings hurt by this or that woman. 2	Is TRP the "only" way, or just "a way " that works? There is a lot of selection and confirmation bias going on with trp, so it definitely is just a way. But it can be quite effective and does have some truisms (not universal) about human behaviour. For me I can only take trp piecemeal - just the self-improvement parts, but not the ultra traditional and conservative double standards it preaches.
