0	Girl is receptive, but won't meet up. An ultimatum is a horrible idea for many reasons. It immediately implies clinginess, as well as cements that you are firmly attached to her. It also makes you seem like an all or nothing kind of guy, which cripples the ability to "let things develop naturally" and/or "see what develops". At that point, don't put any more effort into her. If she does value your time and attention, then she can setup the next date.
