In other words, there is no action. The crime is the accusation. If the accuser's intentions were meant to punish an innocent, why should the punishment be any less than what they were willing to dole out to their victim. Please try not to resort to calling upon some bullshit hypothetical about rape to punish a false rape, or the death penalty, or gouging an eye out, etc.

if there is no murder, and someone is accused of murder, the crime is the accusation. What can't you understand? If the accused can potentially rot in jail over what the accuser has testified, why should the punishment of the accuser be any less than what they were willing to enact on their victim? Honestly, it's been said forward and backward enough times by now that I feel as though you might be trolling at this point. No one is this difficult by accident.

The potential ramifications of the false accusation is the crime. The damages the accuser was attempting to inflict on their victim should be correlated to their own punishment. Is that sufficiently clear? Or will you continue with your tedious false confusion about what it is I'm saying?
