First, Keto. After you're adapted, start intermitent fasting WHILE RESPECTING KETO - and exercise during the fast. When you are comfortable with fasting, start warrior diet WHILE RESPECTING KETO. Keep in mind that Keto is way more effective if you do it 100% sugar and starch free, which means you don't eat even fruits or sweet-potatoes/carrots.

in my experience, even with Brazilians Absolutely. OP made a mistake when saying "even with Brazilians". I'd even say RP is tailor made for Brazil. Girls here love over-confident, heavy-muscled guys. They shit-test you all the time. Hook up culture is the norm, and even right wing parties adopt feminist policies - or don't have the guts to go against them.

But then she needs to have a social circle full of redpill women, otherwise her friends will "pressure" her into behaving like scum.

Different because the woman creates a responsibility - children - and dodges it, while fellow RP dude doesn't create a responsibility he is not willing to shoulder.

Love is processed at the same part of the brain as hate, and I wouldn't be surprised if it involved similar chemical reactions (or even the same).

I learned a lot from them too. Since they are not trying to get you married and they know you don't expect them to be unicorns, many will spill authentic RedPill so brute and honest even some guys here would have a hard time dealing with.

I live in a country with a very strong housemaid culture - even lower middle class families have maids. They get paid 1-3 minimum wages. Mininum wage here is like 270 dollars a month.

Your best way to revenge is being happy. Anything else than that will give her thrilling piggy-orgasms. You made a fine (logical) point with the reference to Conrad, but people couldn't care less about logic. BTW: fuck crapbook. Now you know all those people were not really your friends, so you gained something out of it. Also: use this place here to vent. Out there, any man complaining about anything is a beta whiner. Men don't have the right to sympathy out there. You've been warned.

Boss post. I used to be heavily addicted to porn and videogames. It came to a point (PIED and depression) where I just had to cut them. My life is just turning around after it. Something to add: some dude posted here that men, after having a child, suffer higher sensibility in a part of their brains that deals with (provision for) the future. I can't prove it, but I can't help but wonder if society's current drive towards instant gratification isn't being helped by the lack of father figures.

"I think it's natural for men to be attracted to chastity and turned off by promiscuity and for whatever reason I just seem to exhibit these preferences to a much higher degree than other people." No, most people either lack the real-world abundance to allow them to have choices, or they talk the feminist talk but walk the RP walk. The only guys I've met who don't feel like this are pimps and homossexuals.

The female definition of man is such that without those desired qualities above, said man would be a very scary individual. This is the best definition I have ever heard.

It was good because she was taking initiative of the conversation. Don't care about the content, care about if she is reacting (answers what you say and that's that) or initiating (bringing new stuff to the converstation). Keep in mind that "pure reactors" may act that way out of extreme shyness and not out of lack of interest.

You should. I worked at sales and the best ones were those who didn't push anything at all, they always had the biggest bonus by the end of the day. Be afraid of the weasel, not the bear, for the bear is always on your radar.

Golden. One of the best things I picked up from doing sales was to ask questions and let others do the majority of the talking Absolutely. Like legendary coach Red Auerbach said: "Be instigators, not retaliators".

I share this feeling. In one of my social groups, I'm seen as a respectful guy - B E T A. I can't really mess with people or make fun of anyone, everything I say is taken very seriously. However, I've just joined another social circle and taken another frame of me there. I was teasing and messing with everyone, even the hosts' mother, and everybody just kept laughing. This is why TRP says it's far easier to join another social setting with a starting high status position than to climb up the sta…

It is outright illegal in France, and de facto illegal in Germany - there, the woman has to consent. And feminists are pushing an agenda of "social parenting rather then genetical parenting" which is just a tricky way of saying that not even a negative paternity test can exempt a man from being the provider.

you are very brave on the internet, mr cyber rambo. if you had looked at serena's picture in a catsuit during her early years, you'd compare her to the form she currently presents and she is overweight for a professional athlete. i could passively agressively say i'm sorry like you but i am not. unlike you, i didn't start the insulting game, you could have made your point without it.

Example. Mixed sports. Women demanding pay equality in sports. Think of WNBA players wanting Lebron James money. Unfortunately, it already happens. Grand Slam winner's purse is the same for men and women, even though women only play 3 sets maximum per match, their circuit is dominated by a fat old athlete (I love Serena, but she is overweight for a professional athlete) and they have the right to take extra "heat" breaks.

Absolutely. There was a very good post comparing Nash Grier, who was sincere about liking fit, young, well-groomed women and all the backlash he got and what he may have lost, since the (below) average girls who make up his audience would like to believe he would date them. The article then contrasts that to the approach by guys such as John Legend ("my type of women is strong and independent") and Levitt (I'm a feminist) who say one thing to the media, but, if you look at their mating choices, …

Absolutely. Networking is a must, and sports allow you to build an instant connection with guys ranging from all the ages and social classes. More, they provide men with a safe way to express themselves. But just remember, you wanna talk about sports, not really watch them, so just get the recaps to have enough topics to talk about.

We already live in a de facto poligamy in European and American countries. In Brazil, concubinate has been legalized to such a point that the law says any distinction in inheritance between true-borns and bastards is not only illegal but immoral, and I have personally been in an inheritance case that fully applied this law (had to split my two cents even with the bastards). Concubines here also have the right to split (even) a dead man's pension with the wife. 20/80. It will always be like this,…

This cycle you described actually happened in Rome, Babylon and other places I can't think of right now. It's amazing that you can guess that, after a civilization institutes no-fault divorce and alimony, just wait for a few years and you will see a bachelor tax.

I'm 5'7"" and, oddly enough, I find it easier to get chicks who are 5'7" or more. What I found out is that girls who are 5'4" or less are absolutely obsessed with height, and think you are a criminal for not being tall - of course, she's the only one entitled to not have to live up to a physical standard. But yeah, absolutely lift. A short skinny guy gets no physical respect.

One more truth here: bunch of red pill guys who say they want the truth but can't handle it. You absolutely nailed it. I don't say you are right because I liked what I heard, I say because the world confirms it. Guys, get ready for the new sultanate, as Europe is becoming a muslim continent, and they don't even need knives, guns, bombs or the ISIS for that: muslim people reproduce at a freak rate because Muslim men have all the incentives to get married and provide for 5+ mouths of children he d…

What I really liked about the post is that you are adding something that goes a little bit against the other content here. And it also agrees with some real life experience. People who lost their virginity in their early teens said that, while they got a lot of good sex during their older years, say the emotional discharge just can't be compared.

Native Americans and Blacks were just legalized slaves for more than 3 centuries here. Being a slave is about the lowest status you could have here. Non-whites were pretty much a race-class, and the worst one. So there was a huge loss in status if you married someone who wasn't white. And I loved that you brought this up, as you can see Black American athletes marry within their own race A LOT more than Brazilians, it's not even a joke. Could you provide me a link of the article?

Absolutely. But you gotta think like Machiavel in that "It is better to be feared than loved, if you cannot be both." Replace fear and love for attractive and liked, respectively. Why did he say that? Because being feared gave the best results to someone who is leading people, just like being attractive gives you better results if your goal is getting some action.

Spot on. "women will control close to 75% of discretionary spending worldwide" (http://www.ey.com/Publication/vwLUAssets/Women_the_next_emerging_market/$FILE/WomenTheNextEmergingMarket.pdf) And, according to this (http://www.marketingviewer.com.br/mulheres-controlam-70-do-consumo-mundial/), they already control 70%.

"The same women who called AF/BB the imaginings of misogynous men only 4 years ago are now proudly claiming it as truth (they knew all along) and a means to a power they’ve always had and should openly use." That's bullseye, dude. Last year in Brazil, we had reality TV sluts openly saying "This is a dude to fuck, he's a douchebag but hot" and "This is a dude to marry, he's perfect and non-threatening".

Before the red pill, like 10 years ago, I remember being shocked when I heard a 5.5 openly state how she kept orbiters and backup plans. She refered to them as spare tires, with that giggle girls only use when they say the truth. Back then, I don't remember if what shocked me the the most was her sociopathy or the fact that a chubby hoe could keep men in a queue.

Not bitchy but you are risking your safety. Other than sociopaths, too-attached betas are the most likely to commit violence due to relationship reasons - though they do for opposite reasons, as the sociopath strikes to claim territory and the beta strikes for "honor".

Yes, sir! União Estável has the same divorce-rape effects as a standard marriage in Brazil. What do we call a standard marriage in Brazil? The one without a pre-nup, thus being that, if there is a divorce, you keep the assets you had before the divorce but you split everything you got after (comunhão parcial de bens) In theory, a união estável can only be recognized if the couple lives under the same roof with the intention to build family for at least 5 years. But of course, everything is relat…

Absolutely, bro. I'm from Brazil too and, physique aside, Brazilian girls are just like the American ones. Legally speaking, we also have very close laws: Maria da Penha is just like VAWA, divorce rape is very strong, união estável is just like common law marriage. What happens is, when guys come here, Brazilians girls see them as their ticket to their own Cinderela story, and behave in a very enticing manner. As a final warning to the American guys looking at Brazilian women: keep in mind we've…

Even in the marines, with 7 mile runs three times a week and all the general exercise, I could tell that my energy was not where everyone else's was.
