1	Blind auditions and gender discrimination \| Remember that study claiming a lot more women musicians are hired by orchestras when blind auditions are used? Yeah, careful analysis proved that it's rubbish. There was no significant change. IIRC, further academic examinations into this study proved women were being hired more often due to blind auditions, but their success rate didn't improve. Instead more women felt comfortable auditioning know it would be blind, and probability lead to more women getting hired.	/r/MensRights	02/08/19 09:57 PM
