Do you agree with Redonkulas' assessment of what to expect in case of divorce? The contract has to benefit both parties for it to be enforceable. Meaning, the party that’s less well off, needs to see return for their time investment in the marriage. This could be in the form of them gaining a % of the other persons asset as mariral assets, or spousal support, for every number of years they remain in the marriage. There’s tonsnof ways to skin a cat though, this is just a start. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/02/24 01:56 PM
Do you agree with Redonkulas' assessment of what to expect in case of divorce?Am a lawyer who actually had to defend a prenup. Shit can only go so far in the opposite the direction of what courts would do in terms of division of assets before it’s tossed out ad unconscionable. If the marriage is long term, for example, and the nup does not provide for a wayfor the wife to increase her own assets (if she’s sahm) then that is de facto unenforceable (in my jurisdiction). Prenups are not iron clad by any measure. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 05/02/24 12:31 PM
Why are so many men subservient to their wife/gf?It’s called a meta-analysis. It’s a survey of all the experiments on a common subject with the objective of identifying a pattern or absence thereof. Not limited to psychology, it’s just statistics. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 28/01/24 03:42 AM
| -1 | Affordable paternity tests should be a mandatory part of the birthing process CMVIf a child is born in wedlock the husband is put on the birth certificate as the presumptive father. If the child is born during cohabitation, cohabitant male is put down as the presumptive father in the bc. It’s how it works where I practice. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 03/12/23 04:32 AM |

Do you think paternity testing should be made mandatory at the point of birth?Lol, try two years not 17. Where I practice you have two years post birth to get dna testing if you put your name in the birth cert otherwise you will be seen as the legal father until the deadbeat decides to enforce his rights | /r/PurplePillDebate | 09/04/23 02:09 PM
