It’s not “if [i] say so.” There’s solid proof. It’s a fact that they’re pushing that kind of content.

That used to be the case, but now there’s overlap with those creators in the YouTube red pill space. They’ve moved on from only offering dating advice to also having guests talk: “politics”, 9/11 denial, antisemitism and alt-right. Red pill is being merged with tradcon.

Yes, which is your choice. The implication here is that the man is ALWAYS the leader whether the woman “personally loves being with q more dominant and assertive man” or not. They want it to be the default and only accepted way. If that’s your preference and agreed upon by both partners then it wouldn’t be toxic.

Just a point of contention here, but we did a poll and of the respondents this sub is majority male.

Can you also make sure to include the facts that disprove all the absolute nonsense they spew? They constantly cherry pick and misuse data and I’ve yet to see anyone point out, “they that’s not what data says actually.”

All of this! Not to mention the “guys lining up” in DMs/OLD have opening lines like: “Sit on my face” or “When can we fuck?” It’s so foul. The majority of messages are like that, too. I’d like to know who these lines are working on lol

I think the question is less do we care about them having a high body count and more are we impressed by them having a high body count (which is the argument red pill makes). No, im not impressed at all.

They’re celibate. “Incel” as a term worked in the 90s before it was hijacked. I don’t disagree that it’s why they’re acting how they do, but it’s deeper and more dangerous than being invisible. There have always been people who exist who don’t have sex despite wanting to. The incel community takes it a step further to radicalization. If you get in early enough, sure, you can change things. But often by the time they show they’ve entered the incel community they’re pretty far in. More here.

From the dictionary: “a member of a group of people on the internet who are unable to find sexual partners despite wanting them, and who express hate toward people whom they blame for this” And “a member of an online subculture of men who want to have sex but are unable to find sexual partners, typically blaming women or hating people who are sexually successful” You can read here how the shorthand morphed into a different definition than simply “involuntarily celibate” and why it’s important to…

I would not classify people who feel not enough but maintain a healthy outlook as an incel.

I don’t have any incel friends but even if I did I wouldn’t say “hey let me pair up my mentally healthy friend with someone with no self worth and a negative outlook on women.” Good on you for seeing commonalities between your two friends, I’m glad it worked out! I just don’t know that I believe in the incel-foster-program approach as a large scale solution

If that’s you in your picture I’m not sure why you think you’re unattractive because you’re not! You look nice and like a person who spends their free time contemplating the big questions of life. You aren’t ugly

I just want to be clear that’s not how it works in Muslim culture either! Men can have 4 wives. HOWEVER! If the first wife says no, he cannot marry again. If he does it without consent from the wife she can decide to leave because she was deceived. Of course it doesn’t always work like this because of the lack of women’s rights in certain places, but that’s how it’s supposed to work.

Aren’t in the same bracket at the time of the study. They could have met in college when socioeconomic status would be determined by their parents, or met on the job where they were similarly matched and the wife quit her job to be with the kids.

If they have friends they are more than likely not sharing their red pill nonsense with them. The one thing about red pill is that they tell their listeners not to talk about their beliefs unless someone else brings them up first. They say that it’s because people “don’t know the truth” of red pill, but the reality is that they know they’re spewing BS and it will further alienate their content consumers from other people

If someone feels secure and comfortable so they relax and take down their walls with you and then you withdrawal of course they’re going to express interest because they’ll wonder why you’re doing that and what they did wrong. Sometimes people aren’t “less interested” they’ve just stopped putting on an act or they’re stressed about other parts of their lives.
/r/ExRedPill03/06/23 06:27 PM

They’ve been having a guest on who says that 9/11 was a plot by Israel and Jews run the world…. Clown ass freak and fraud gobble it up and so do their corny followers. I always find it interesting that people find Jordan Peterson and Andrew Tate to be “strong and masculine.” To me, they reek of insecurity and seem like they’re overcompensating to seem like something other than what they are. They seem so pathetic and small to me. To help with your insecurities and invasive thoughts get therapy. You should also try addressing the transactional ways you think about relationships and the way you feel the need to punish people (i.e. giving the cold shoulder) rathe…

When talking to other women we’ve all agreed that 90% of the time seeing “Entrepreneur” on a dating profile means he’s unemployed or equivalent. Obvi we’re exaggerating with the 90%, but aside from the hyperbole the point stands. So no, probably won’t help with dating. 9-5 = stable, predictable, reliable

I also want to remind everyone that in the grand scheme of things people like Andrew Tate and Fresh and Fit are nobodies. They’re unknown and will be forgotten. They’re fringe which is why they can get away with acting like they know some kind of big secret.

Yes!! I’m not a licensed therapist. Thanks for the long winded explanation that completely missed the point! I know how therapy works. I also know about sliding scale offerings, which I see you conveniently left out. The point that you ran past so easily is that they’ll put all this work into maintaining a shitty grasp of their own emotional regulation but won’t put any actual work into healing their trauma beyond expecting their partners to be a dumping spot for their trauma and a personal therapist. “Who can afford therapy?” Man…

A lot of good answers here already but I want to add that they could be spinning a false narrative of what happened. Imagine: you’re having dinner with your partner, suddenly they trauma dump after years of repression. They immediately clam back up. A year later they do the exact thing they complained about happening to them. Their partner points it out. Suddenly they’re “weaponizing” what was told. Only… that’s not what’s happening. Their partner is pointing out a cycle of abuse or a hypocrisy.…

If a man cheats it’s ok because “it’s just sex” but A man can’t just have sex because women “need emotional connections” so men need to Create emotional bonds with the other women but It’s just sex, and even though they’re dating it’s not real because They have to pretend to be in a relationship and create emotional bonds to get sex! But remember It’s just sex, so “cheating is different for men”
/r/ExRedPill24/04/23 01:57 PM

Because they’re hypocritical. They’re convinced they can do what they want with limited consequences and are not interested or concerned with living in a society. They see how people react to their disgusting behaviors and confuse revulsion and hatred with “respect” or “envy.” They’ve also decided that their messaging should be that “every man” wants to live that way, and if they say they don’t they’re “lying.” What they fail to realize is that grouping men into one stereotype of “sex crazed ani…

People like different things. I don’t find muscles or a height above 6 feet to be attractive at all. I also just don’t really find looks to be that important? Average is better to me. If anyone feels their needs aren’t being met and they have not been able to work through it then they should leave. Doesn’t matter if they are a man or a woman. Deciding to “get your needs met” on the side while expecting your spouse to continue to shoulder the burden emotionally and financially while you have fun is sick, twisted and gross. And the majority of the time it never works out in that person’s favor and just causes more problems. It doesn’t have to be extreme. It could be a new medic…

I draw the line at cheating being a shit cowardly thing, period. Divorce and “have your needs met,” then. Your partner isn’t some back up safe spot for your emotional needs while you secretly get your needs met somewhere else. If they agree “hey sure let’s open this up” that’s fine. Going behind their back like a little shitbag? Cowardly and pathetic.

One party doesn’t get to single-handedly decide to open a marriage? I’m not sure how this is being suggested as equivalent to divorce. And where do you draw the line at this? Your wife can’t have sex for 6-12 weeks after having a baby. Your needs aren’t being met, so cheat? Your husband has cancer. Your needs aren’t being met. Cheat? Your husband has extra hours at work and comes home exhausted, needs not being met. Cheat? Like…. Morals are where exactly in this scenario? It’s been one week with…

I block any man that I don’t know who messages me or sends me a follow request, so tread lightly. I’d be more worried about the instant block than being boring. What if you start with “hey” and something you found interesting about them (not physical) “hey! I noticed we liked the same musical artists. Have you ever seen name of band live? I just saw them/am saving up to see them/hope to see them. Are there any other similar bands you like? I’m always looking for new music.”

Yes it is saying that money is just as important for men as women. People who are looking for longterm, lasting relationships recognize the value in stability and financial security. I’m not sure why red pill people spend so much time worrying about the top 20% when they aren’t in it. Worry about yourself and what you can achieve, not some pipe dream. Hardly anyone becomes a millionaire. Why waste years obsessing over what you don’t have? It’s goofy. On the age point: why do you “need” tons of w…

There’s tons of data to disprove all of this. You are experiencing confirmation bias. For example: It’s true that many couples have a financial gap. But it’s also been shown that a gap of more than $36,000 can be detrimental to a relationship. And let’s not forget that the majority of Americans make less than $45k. And desire for a financially stable partner is nearly equal for both men and women. The “80/20” theory where all the rich guys are getting the “attractive women” was also a misreprese…

I think it’s less about being a specific type of person and more about being considerate and well rounded and tailoring to your specific partner. It’s also about being flexible, empathetic and willing to change/grow/adjust. This goes for both partners! It’s also not always 50/50, sometimes one person will give 80 while the other gives 20. Other times it will be opposite. Successful couples navigate through seasons together

It’s to the point now where these red pill zombies will find a woman who doesn’t cheat and is a virgin and all these things they claim they want, they’ll lie about who they are and STILL traumatize her using red pill tactics. All while cheating on her….. then when caught/exposed or broken up with they’ll say its her own fault and “all women are the same.” It’s not ethical or sane and that they can warp it into being fine is actually scary to me.

I am saying from the female perspective when approached by someone who is only focused on doing whatever they can to get laid you can tell when he’s been hitting on women all night and for weeks just trying to get anyone to bite. He can’t talk about anything other than your looks or his “value.” There is no real conversation at all. He has no other interests and is only going on and on about what he wants. I’ve never said they don’t feel desire or wouldn’t feel that naturally. I said that the VALUE they are expected to bring in society is tied to that. The OBLIGATION they feel to conceal emotions comes from socialization. People telling men that they can’t be soft or show weakness has caused loneliness.

You would think but actually no! It’s a combination of 3 different brain processes that don’t work in any particular order. I think oddly the thing that makes it implode is the friendship. People separate them in their minds. “I’m dating/having sex with this person, and these people are my friend group” it’s easy to bring someone in from the outside and then discard them without the whole group imploding. I think when you are younger (not sure your age) the friend to fwb situation can work because often there are subgroups within the friend group. I’ll add respecting the relationship as a whole. You are not seeking outside validation or straying from your relationship and the set boundaries. You are not keeping secrets that would harm your partner or the relationship or even putting yourself in a position to harm the relationship. You consider your partners feelings in decisions, not just your own.

Red pill “strategy” is quite literally emotional mind games, manipulation and abuse packaged as a good idea. If you want to end up alone, sure, follow red pill. Good luck. People want to date partners with integrity, empathy, emotional intelligence and ethics. No one is telling you to “jump through hoops.” It’s not going to work out with everyone you try to date. If you have to use red pill strategies (read: manipulation) to get people to have sex with you then you need to re-evaluate and reset. Tricking people into having sex with you is not a flex and red pill technique is mental and emotional abuse and exploitation. In reality, I believe many women are saying no because th…

No one deserves to be abused. If your friend is being abused you should share with them what you’ve noticed and ask if they need your help. If your friend is the one doing the abusing you should call them out and support their partner by letting them know you’ve noticed how they’re being treated and you’d like to help. You should also encourage your abusive friend to talk to someone about their tendencies and distance yourself from them until they do the work — many of them will not do the work.

That’s not even a good comparison. How did “look inward and work on yourself/adjust your method” equal telling a homeless person to just get a house? It doesn’t. If they’re not doing anything wrong then what is the reason that they’re not having any success?? If you approach everything as transactional and only try to build relationships around sexual desire, or try to force a friendship with the idea that it will eventually lead to sexual relationships you are setting yourself up for failure. I did not “allude” to it. You put something there that wasn’t. And those people should look inward. If they’re being rejected by everyone they try to approach, there is either something not working about their approach or something about them that is unsavory. Or, they’re doing everything based off of looks and not really trying to get to know people to find the right match. Obsession with relationships is also part of the problem. Where did I say every woman was an angel??? Nowhere. I said that I don’t associate with anyone who doesn’t think that men have problems too. I choose to associate with men and women who are empathetic and don’t view the gender opposite of theirs as some kind of opposing force that we need to battle for dominance. It was not set up by evolution. That’s a theory peddled by Roy Baumeister, a social psychologist. He’s expanding on the idea of Ivana Milojevic who argued that patriarchy set men up as the role of “violence object” directly opposite of woman as the “sex object.” The Milojevic theory is that this benefits no one, but it has been twisted into “this is how little people value men.” All of this is tied back to an anthropologist who wrote about it in the 70s. Make sure she makes it home okay. Make sure she’s drinking water too. Try to get her to eat and take things slow. I probably wouldn’t have sex while she’s “hammered” because it’s not gonna be as great as you might think. Relax and be yourself! She clearly already likes you. No need to put on an act. Have fun!

Oh yeah I totally agree. We are all addicted to dopamine now. I was reading about how we are training ourselves to never experience boredom and why it’s bad for our brain functionality and mental health. Started taking phone breaks after reading that. The book is called Dopamine Nation but here’s an article summarizing it.

So I have the controversial opinion that while many stumble upon red pill in a time of loneliness, many stay because it gives them “validity” around shitty things that they do and absolves them of moral behavior. I think “be willing to walk away” falls into the mental abuse/lying/cheating that is not only downplayed but also encouraged by red pill. I think people like it because it makes them feel cool and desired and they are able to say things like “it’s not shitty, it’s BIOLOGICALLY CORRECT. …

Dude you’re literally cherry picking data to paint a story and then using a personal anecdote to try to reinforce it. I’m not even going to acknowledge your “ghetto” dog whistle. The fact of the matter is red pill is teaching men to use “female selection” — which is complex and depends on if you consider evolutionary biology to be a true science (it is, but don’t get me started) — as an excuse to abuse and mistreat women. I don’t disagree that social media is a problem. But social media isn’t reality. That’s the real problem. We’re being taught our value is tied to social media and that it mirrors real life. Let’s play a fun game called “data”! Since you’re a big data person I think you’ll really like it! How tall is the average married man? “On average, men were 5ft 10in tall” Awww, guess it’s not the 6 foot alpha chad! As it turns out, short men are more likely to marry later and less likely to divorce. Imagine that. How much does the average married man make? The married man makes 86k on average. The single man makes $41k on average. Guess you don’t need to make 100k to get a woman! Huh! So weird…

Onlyfans isn’t as easy as RP makes it seem. You can look up the stats but I think on average they’re making like $150 a month if they have 21 subs. No one is without internal strife or trauma. That's just not possible. Everyone should want a partner who is aware of their faults and has acknowledged those issues and is actively trying to be the best version of themselves. And when they struggle, their partner lifts them up because they know the ins and outs of that person. Whatever your suggesting in the main post is some mental gymnastics abusive behavior. Own your pain, talk to people about it, build up a support system.
/r/ExRedPill16/11/22 09:09 PM

IMO if a person is asking something framed this way they should get therapy, look inward and work through their internal issues and traumas before looking for an intimate partner.

I think in general all people are addicted to pleasure and instant gratification. Lust falls into that category. Humans are thrill seekers. We have constant access to unlimited pleasure and dopamine is powerful. Love is safe and calm. It's exciting, but not exhilarating. RP thrives by demonizing and then weaponizing self confidence issues. Based on what I read you should try to find a male therapist, it seems like you’re too influenced by the red…

The cheating was a red flag. The gaslighting to cover up the cheating. The reasoning for the cheating: “You can have sex with people and not love them as long as you’re coming home to your main girl.” No. That’s infuckingsane. It’s abuse. They would always talk about how once they were “high value” they’d be allowed to cheat. If you can’t hold down a retail job please tell me how you’re going to manage a harem. They can have a loyal and consistent woman who stands by them and will fuck it all up…

They also seem to think that having a working wife is bad, which is insane. Cost of living is out of control. Most people will never be millionaires but they’re watching videos where already rich men are telling them to spend their 20s and 30s acquiring “wealth” before staring a family at 40 with an 18 year old. The whole “Men age like wine” concept they’re always pushing. Tell me how a husband and wife making a combined 200k and having a respectful partnership is somehow worse than putting your…

It doesn’t even matter if they get a virgin, they still treat them like shit, too. Play mind games, manipulate, gaslight, cheat… all that. Then complain when their trad virgin woman isn’t acting how Myron told them she would 🥺🥺🥺

I guess you’re the expert in female sexual preferences. “gEt OuT oF yOuR fEelInGs” — red pill men when the studies, science and anecdotal evidence all point to something different than what they’ve cherry picked.

Again, also wrong. If you’re a woman who is just looking to fuck then sure, maybe. But women in longterm actual relationships looking to build something permanent don’t want some guy who’s going to fuck them like some slam piece they met at a bar on a random Tuesday night and call it a day. They want someone who knows their personal likes in bed. There’s studies about this. Women who are looking for a serious partner aren’t basing on his body count. Besides, Half these “promiscuous guys” aren’t …

I am a woman and literally all the things you said here are wrong. It’s actually already been discussed in this thread.

The joke isn’t that they can’t find it, it’s that they don’t listen when being directed in what feels good and think that a porn inspired performance is what women are looking for.

They want them when they’re in a relationship because it suggests they are stable and have positive traits. Not because they are good sex partners or have sex with dozens of women. The study is focused on romantic relationships, not purely sexual ones. Here’s that study.

No. I don’t know where they got this idea that all women want a guy with experience. It doesn’t matter either way. For me, I’d prefer someone who hasn’t slept with a bunch of people. Others might not care at all. But I have never met a woman who has said “he’s had A LOT of sex I want him!!!” It’s ridiculous that people parrot that idea around. Also, people have sex because they like it. Desirability isn’t as much in play as they say. People just like sex. Plus, desirability changes as your prior…

I can tell you about my parents and my brother? Maybe it will help. My parents have been married for 32 years. They met in college and got married. My dad was 19 and my mom was 20. Both were dirt poor. My dad is Mexican, 5’7, skin and bones and dropped out of college. My mom is a 5’3 white woman who is not model hot. They worked at Dairy Queen, McDonald’s and a factory for the first 4 years of their relationship and lived in a rusted out trailer because it’s what they could afford. Then, my dad …

Statistically speaking, men are more likely to cheat and that increases with age. About 20% of men cheat. 13% of women. The only time women cheat at a higher rate is in the 18-29 year range. This data is for married couples, though. Things are all over the place in dating, and it varies by race. Physical cheating is way less common then emotional cheating, which unfortunately many people don't consider cheating. I took a course on human sexuality and infidelity in college and learned so much. We…

I find myself wondering if Fresh and Fit actually think longterm happiness looks like fucking teenagers, having no meaningful or sincere friendships and hoarding money from hurt men that they’ll spend on…. attracting more teenage girls they find on Instagram? It’s so dumb to me. It sounds like something a horny 8th grader would describe as a dream life, not an adult man.

People are complicated, messy and rarely make logical sense or the best decisions. Red pill thrives by using black and white thinking and eliminating the things that make us human. Instead, it pits men and women against one another, leans into stereotypes and backs men into a caricature of “masculinity.” I’m sorry you were cheated on. It’s ass. You’ll find the right person, that one was just the wrong one. Statistically cheaters are a small portion of the dating population, so don’t let it stop …

They’re so goofy for this. Leo’s girlfriends are younger, yes, but he also dates them longterm. He’s not grooming 15 year olds so he can manipulate and abuse them when they turn 18, talking about aging like “fine wine.” For a group that’s so obsessed with “biology” they certainly don’t understand a thing about male fertility. They act like they’ll be 80 impregnating 20 year olds. They’re going to die crusty and alone wondering where their so-called fame got them.

Yeah no they don’t want traditional values, they want a woman at home to raise their offspring while they have casual sex and a place to come back to sleep while being a largely absent father.

The only reason F&F “win” any conversations is because they are constantly moving the goal posts and they never let anyone finish talking but then act pissy if they get interrupted.

For people who are convinced women are the problem /evil/ stupid/ worthless you sure do spend a lot of time obsessing over what we think.

Yea they’re literally scamming men. However, if you point that out to the men being scammed they’ll just deny it, call you stupid and double down. Can’t see the forest for the trees I guess.

I don’t know who is right and who is wrong, but I’ll tell you how TRP ruined my life. I’m a woman who saved herself for the perfect partner (so I thought). This wasn’t really a religion thing, it was more of a fear thing. Either way, I waited until I found the person I thought was right. During our entire relationship I was nothing but faithful. I made 6x the money he made so I paid for everything extra we did: international trips, renting cars to drive places, going to the movies, surprised him…

I was a hideous teenager. My mom didn’t teach me about makeup or hair, and she let me wear whatever I wanted and didn’t force me into sports or anything. I like to think all of the bullying the reason I developed a personality. Anyway, I was ugly all the way through high school and college and didn’t really start growing into myself until I graduated. Looking back at old pictures I realize that it’s because I didn’t have confidence or really understand how to take care of myself. Now I look at m…

I hope you don’t mind me asking, but what makes you “ugly” in your opinion? I see a lot of red pill guys say they are ugly and I guess I always wonder what they look like or how they’re measuring beauty.
