You could just reply in the same amount of time it takes the girl to respond to you. If she insta replies you can insta reply. If she takes 2 hours, you take 2 hours. It's just an easy way to vary your response times.

Crest whitestrips are pretty good and cheap. I also use a whitening mouth wash once a day. This works pretty well keeping my teeth white between annual professional cleanings.

I highly recommend the book "She Comes First". I've had girls tell me they couldn't stop thinking about how I ate them out after I read and implemented this book. It will take practice but if you can eat a girl out really good it's going to be hard for them to ever let you go after that.

I did it after we chatted for a while. But she really enjoyed it as she told me after the date. Unfortunately things didn't work out because I'm moving soon so hard to say how good it is. I'm going to keep doing it and see how it goes
