i mean give up going on your cell phone or the computer for 9 months. try stopping smoking for 9 months when you do it all the time. giving up things isnt super easy.

the studies are true to an extent. on the days that nothing is developing in the fetus it is okay to drink a minor amount. but no one really knows what days that is unless you go to the docxtors like every day, so they just tell women to never drink while preggo
