Kudos to you for being lucky and having those cameras! In the future, however, DONT EVER VOLUNTARILY GO WITH THE POLICE FOR QUESTIONING. Tell them unless you’re being arrested you aren’t going anywhere. Then call a lawyer and do what he/she says

Who is this 'they' that you speak of? No one in our corrupt CJ system has any interest in further clogging the courts AND lowering conviction rates in one fell swoop. And that is what would happen if judges were actually required to do this. Conviction rates = votes! Judges, sheriffs, mayors, governors, are ELECTED! You get the point.

This clip is like the 'JAWS' movie to me..... Every time I come across it while flippin' through the channels, I gotta stop and watch it again! LOL

It absolutely is a crime to lie to the cops if they are conducting an investigation.

I got downvoted in bad cop no donut for saying that I sided with the cop on this one. I hate police abuses, but that second hit from the drunk girl could very easily have scratched his eye and his knee-jerk reaction was, in my opinion, legal and justified.

You can't fight a battle in court if you cow-tow to the cops on the street. Standing is needed to sue. Cause is needed in order to sue. You need to exercise your rights or lose them. She was exercising her rights to stand where she wants and to speak freely, and was arrested for doing so. NOW she can fight the battle in court! If she just tucked tail and said 'yes sir' like you propose, it would just strengthen the cop's self-inflated feelings of righteousness, and she couldn't take him to court…

If you don't see the inherent danger of your statement and the absolute insanity of someone of authority being able to justify the the use of possible deadly force against someone who broke no laws because 'they were being an ass', then you will never see it and you deserve the police state that we are becoming. You will turn around one day with a boot on your neck and say 'but what did I do?' and they will say 'Whatever we say you did'

Because this is AMERICA and people have the RIGHT TO STAND WHERE THEY WANT and people need to exercise those rights or they will be TAKEN AWAY

Wow you people think that the cop, who TOLD her that she was free to leave, was justified in that bullshit?!?!? For her exercising her right to stand where she wants?!?! Fuck that I can't believe you people.

Your post both impressed and depressed me at the same time. You have a way with words that I wish I had, but that would require among other things a knowledge of the world that I don't think I want to possess. I think I would rather stay ignorant, and yes I know fully well what sub I am posting on; the irony is not lost on me.

It's so funny, I listened to the words of that new(ish) Adele song Hello, and it is exactly like this scenario IMO. Bitch calls up 10 or so years later to ask to sit down and 'go over' the past, where she tries apologizing for 'breaking his heart'. Bitch, how about NO leave me the fuck alone, I'm way better off, quit calling you called a thousand times 'No means NO!' You LOSE! Good DAY SIR! (said in best Willy Wanka voice).

"A woman wanting a man who isn't a fucking loaf doesn't make her a gold digger..." I agree with this completely. She did the right thing by breaking up with him because she considered him a 'loaf'. If she would have stopped at that this would not be a story nor would we be discussing this at all. But her complaining about his 'not being forthcoming' regarding his money doesn't change the fact that he is a LOAF. If the fact that he has money changed her perspective from one of disdain to acceptan…

I disagree. I don't think he was trying to find a girl at all. If anything, he is probably as willing to go without a woman as easily as he is able to go without the trappings of a wealthy lifestyle. I think the guy is intrinsically tight with a buck because he just doesn't have any desire to keep up with the neighbors. He knows what makes him happy, and money doesn't come into the equation. Obviously women do, but only on his terms.

IDK, if I were her I wouldn't want to put up with that shit all day every day either. And if I were alone on the streets I would feel unsafe if I was in her shoes. I can see her point. Classy dudes, and I daresay TRUE red pillers would not catcall some random lady walking down the street. We don't disrespect women (or I don't at least), we know their natures and learn to appreciate them for what they are. And if you know the nature of women, you don't need to be catcallin' some random broad; jus…

So you have determined that 'The US in general is bad' from just one visit. You then go on to say a bunch of garbage about my country. So glad you are such an expert that you feel that your 1 visit qualifies you to trash-talk my country on so many levels. Not sure how your post about being raped at a party turned into a diatribe about how my country sucks, but your opinion about the US wasn't factual, it wasn't asked for, it wasn't relevant to the conversation, and it wasn't APPRECIATED. So don'…

This is what the police (in the US) do as well; they threaten to arrest you for 'obstruction' or some petty crime like blocking a sidewalk (a completely unrelated offense) when they really just want you to quit filming them abusing people and let them do what they want.

For someone who has a lot of complaints about my country, you sure have spent a lot of time here in the 'Leftist State of America'. If it sucks so bad, just don't visit! I for one would not be offended if you never came back.

I messed around with a girl in college who told me a previous man had written 'I love you" using little twigs on her front patio after he left her house one night. I'm sure he thought he was being romantic, but it totally turned her off, and she never saw him again after that. This was the first thing I thought about when I read this. Twas a lesson I never forgot.
