Discovered a pickup line for bottle blondes onlineI'm not thinking this is news to anyone on here, but glad to see you have success. Keep inventing. | /r/TheRedPill | 03/01/16 12:25 AM
Feminist Red Pill UserYou're flavoring words the way you want them to fit. You're categorizing a man as BP because of your interpretation of his phrasing and what you view as its implied meaning? Grow up pal | /r/TheRedPill | 29/08/15 12:07 AM
Feminist Red Pill UserGo home dude, you sound like a puss. Sex, and therefore women, is the biggest evolutionary drive men have read:biology. Not recognizing that means you are in denial of reality.Women are a massive motivator for men and trying to shame a man for allowing a woman to be one of his motivations is pathetic. You're nitpicking semantics, u/shesaiddestroy is correct, this will be on BP soon | /r/TheRedPill | 28/08/15 02:59 PM
A Potential Plateau Solution: Carb BackloadingI didn't say it was a primary mover in hunger, I said it's what gets you up in the morning. Ghrellin and cortisol move in parallel with each other (hence stress eating), so point stands. Which of the two is downstream of which is still up for debate, but the point was to say that cortisol wakes you up in the morning and makes you want food to help clear it out. When you don't give the cortisol sugar, it stays around and burns fat. Appreciate you wanting to clarify though, I just tend to skip a t… | /r/TheRedPill | 27/08/15 04:13 PM

My girl is probably as close to the fabled unicorn as you can find, RP still holds true howeverA lot of the comments here seem like guys who either have been broken by a woman in the past and can't get over that, or haven't been able to make a RP LTR work. I'm about 5 years into mine, have her sending me texts to come home and fuck her every day, waking me up with blowjobs, never raising her voice, cooking, cleaning, doing my laundry, etc. All while paying half of the expenses. Maybe it's a cultural thing, she is south american, but moreso I think it's a result of maintaining frame. I cer… | /r/TheRedPill | 27/08/15 03:22 PM
The Red Pill Guide to Advanced (Natty) FitnessThe sports thing is huge. A good number of my friends that used to play football and be in good shape are slobs now. sports give you a reason to train and be in shape - motivation is key! | /r/TheRedPill | 27/08/15 02:48 PM
The Red Pill Guide to Advanced (Natty) FitnessWhy do you say you save on the coast of meat with sous vide? Not trying to debunk you, just curious here. | /r/TheRedPill | 27/08/15 02:47 PM
RP truths about society from Orson Scott Card's: XenocideWho said anything about having to be the sole breadwinner? My mom actually made more than my dad growing up, but he was the one in control. Funny I can only remember a few times growing up where she raised her voice toward him, and a raise of the eyebrows was all it took to have her apologize. I agree that the risk is there, but I plan on marrying a hot, successful (financially), submissive (to me) woman aka a unicorn. I think having a woman who is aggressive in general but submissive to you is … | /r/TheRedPill | 26/08/15 06:14 PM
RP truths about society from Orson Scott Card's: XenocideHell, you may be right. I happen to come from a happy home where dad ran the ship, and mom was happy to be along for the ride. They had their challenges fights and whatnot for sure - but as grossly TMI as this is, I visited home recently unexpectedly and heard them having sex... In the middle of the afternoon... On a Saturday... Dad is 63 and mom is 56... I think if you get a good RP woman and maintain the fuck out of your frame, you can be happy with a marriage. Sure you'll give up certain thin… | /r/TheRedPill | 26/08/15 05:41 PM
The Rise of the Cultural LibertarianThis is a good point - perhaps the phrasing should have been "challenge with a potentially superior philosophy" then it would be by your analogy, seeing a car zipping by you on the highway and saying, oh maybe that's a better car. I prize innovators, but you are right that innovators stand on the shoulders of giants, they do not try to tear them down first. This is more of what I was trying to get at. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/08/15 05:02 PM
RP truths about society from Orson Scott Card's: XenocideI want to have kids, and I think it's important to have a stable, traditional home. I also believe that the fear of marriage around here seems to be that men are worried their wife will inevitably cheat with Chad, or leave them for Chad. I believe that anyone who has that perception can't really be an alpha, otherwise you would believe that you can control your woman. I get there are a TON of (selfish - and I mean this in a good way) reasons not to want to be married, but I think that if you wan… | /r/TheRedPill | 26/08/15 04:58 PM
RP truths about society from Orson Scott Card's: XenocideI've read the whole quintet, albeit years and years ago. Really wish the studios didn't butcher Ender's game so they could make the quintet into movies. Edit: Into movies.. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/08/15 01:20 PM
RP truths about society from Orson Scott Card's: XenocideWhole family are lawyers, a couple have had divorces with pre-nups, and they have been fine. Did the woman get something? Yes - did she get half or even close to it? No. I don't think men should live life without risk, just make sure it is calculated risk.. that and hide your money off-shore! And to the question about the divorce contract, that's a good one to ask, I'll keep it in mind. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/08/15 01:18 PM
RP truths about society from Orson Scott Card's: XenocideGood way of thinking about it. I'm sure there was still a lot of adultery, but I see your point. The power structure is unfortunately flipped. I will marry, but the pre-nup will be severe. If she doesn't like it, too bad. | /r/TheRedPill | 26/08/15 12:15 AM
The Rise of the Cultural LibertarianTL;DR a female dominated society subjugates males by making them providers even though animallistically they are attracted to the strongest male. Being so, we can easily see why women will cuckold weak providers for the strongest male. It just makes sense from a standpoint of getting the best of both worlds "Nothing," said Valentine, "just to deploy it. Their most sensible reproductive strategy is to deposit it in every available female-- and to make special efforts to deposit it in the healthie… | /r/TheRedPill | 25/08/15 09:09 PM
The Rise of the Cultural LibertarianI agree, it probably depends on the person. I don't really remember having an anger phase per say, but then again I realize that I have been very fortunate. I happened upon this stuff accidentally and realized that the things that have been working for me for so long were well articulated here, as were the things that were holding me back. I also have thought along these lines since reading Speaker for the Dead by Orson Scott Card in the 7th grade and being exposed there to the basics of sociobi… | /r/TheRedPill | 25/08/15 08:01 PM
A Potential Plateau Solution: Carb BackloadingNo, I would not look better with roids, I would look worse. At a certain point, putting on extra bulk muscle doesn't make you look better. I'm at 190 with 6.5% BF at 6'.. Adding more bulk muscle to my frame would not make me look better, it would make me look less athletic (and would make me less athletic). I'm explosive at this size, and it looks better than being boxy and looking like a super cheesy roid head. I don't know what guys you're looking up to on IG, but it sounds like you have simil… | /r/TheRedPill | 25/08/15 05:16 PM
The Rise of the Cultural LibertarianThis doesn't necessarily fall out-of-line with what you are saying, but I believe that TRP is being a truth-seeker, which is where the term scientist/science came from. This means that we have to be open to the idea that theories can be refined over time, which means that to some level, rehashing old debates is actually helpful as it tests and hardens the theory - much like scientific experimentation does. The way I think we have to view it is the same way we have to view somebody trying to argu… | /r/TheRedPill | 25/08/15 04:58 PM

A Potential Plateau Solution: Carb BackloadingCortisol is a stress hormone, and it's one that causes you to get hungry. It's what gets you up in the morning and says hey asshole, go and kill us a deer or a gazelle so we can not die. Unfortunately, when you hit cortisol with sugar it does cause you store fat, unless you've already lifted/worked out hard. Chronically high cortisol is very bad, and is what causes adrenal fatigue. As long as you're refueling with adequate carbs, proteins, and good fat (and you sleep enough) your cortisol levels… | /r/TheRedPill | 22/08/15 02:23 AM
A Potential Plateau Solution: Carb BackloadingI would just do some googling. If enough people want it I could write a primer, but don't want to come off as an asshat - saw some other dude get slammed the other day for doing such | /r/TheRedPill | 22/08/15 02:19 AM
A Potential Plateau Solution: Carb BackloadingJohn Kiefer has an e-book on this, I think he coined the term. You can probably find a how-to for free | /r/TheRedPill | 21/08/15 10:01 PM
A Potential Plateau Solution: Carb BackloadingSince you're making good progress ok the BF reduction, I would say it probably makes sense to increase the amount of refeeds you do. If you train at a deficit for too long without doing more frequent carb injections you're going to run the risk of burnout. Plus you'll be limiting the muscle gains because you need the carbs to stimulate muscle growth. I'm genuinely impressed you've kept it up as long as you have, but I'd say listen to your body here. If you're noticing lags in your workouts, low … | /r/TheRedPill | 21/08/15 09:51 PM
A Potential Plateau Solution: Carb BackloadingAgreed. Fasted cardio / HIIT is great in the AM and really puts fat burn in overdrive. Meal timing is definitely important, so in an effort to stay sane I try to cater my workouts to when I'll be eating. If I'm going out with the boys and drinking beers and eating pizza, I just make sure I lift first thing in the AM to put those carbs to work. Kind of like a pre-load. Also very important to do so if you're going to do >25 minutes of cardio in the AM | /r/TheRedPill | 21/08/15 09:44 PM
A Potential Plateau Solution: Carb BackloadingAgreed. Great tips on surviving induction flu as well, I didn't know about the salt trick. I would say to be careful with salt intake in the morning as it can suppress cortisol production (stress hormone) which you ironically want because it will make your body burn fat. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/08/15 09:41 PM
A Potential Plateau Solution: Carb BackloadingThat's awesome progress mate - good work! | /r/TheRedPill | 21/08/15 09:39 PM
Integrity is everything.I am so glad that you effectively ended this with a "and go fuck yourself". I was worried for a second that you were going to take her back. Bravo my man! | /r/TheRedPill | 21/08/15 02:57 PM
A Potential Plateau Solution: Carb BackloadingI agree, but I think there are some extra factors to take into consideration which can really move the needle. The first is that there has to be an induction period where you are <30g of carbs for 7-10 days. The first 4 days absolutely suck, but by day 5 I had an insane amount of energy and was cooking. You need this induction period to prime your body to use fat as a primary fuel source during the day. I would also say that I don't like using a scale as a representation - I get its uses, but in… | /r/TheRedPill | 21/08/15 02:47 PM
A Potential Plateau Solution: Carb BackloadingI usually do 5 grams of coconut oil or mct oil in coffee as a pre-workout, only have carbs and protein during the workout if it's going to exceed 1 and 1/2 hours, but otherwise I just slam ~100 carbs and 30g protein post-workout, and then look to have 300-400g of carbs and protein over the next couple of hours. Edit: forgot to say protein.. how does one forget protein! | /r/TheRedPill | 21/08/15 02:41 PM
High n-count marriageIf you are that concerned with a girl having a high (define high however you want) n-count, then you're worried you're not alpha enough to hold her. By the transitive property, this means you are not an alpha. Being an alpha means bending (and moreso believing you can bend) the world to your will. If the most perfect girl in the world fucked 5 guys when she was 18, and is now 22 and hasn't slept with anyone since - would this change your perspective? Speaking in absolutes about something other t… | /r/TheRedPill | 19/08/15 08:59 PM
6s and 7s have way more beta orbiters than 9sI don't think how good a girl is in the sack is dependent on how hot they are. On average maybe, but I've had some of my craziest sex with the higher end of the 1-10 scale, mainly because they're less self-conscious (probably because they have a higher SMV), and more willing to act on their pre-disposition to want to be objectified. It's an interesting point though, I think a lot of it has to do with whether a guy is holding frame so-to-speak while doing the deed. | /r/TheRedPill | 17/08/15 04:03 PM
