I do it for health reasons and because I'm a manual labor kind of person who enjoys hands on work. Can't be a weak bitch doing any construction work. I don't like hiring out for tasks I can complete on my own. Also for self defense purposes nowaday, helps combat depression, and just overall happier. Also helps that when the dumb broads acknowledge your appearance and want you then you turn them down and leave them feeling like shit.

Only sports I could still enjoy has been boxing and mma. Mostly due to the sweet science involved in combat sports. The only good ones to really watch imho are amateurs or people on undercards not involved in any shenanigans trying to promote their fight. Aside from that everything has been cringe worthy. I don't care much for the lead up I just want to see good competition. But everything has just been getting worse as of late.
