As the average American men are loud snorers, is wanting a boyfriend who doesn't snore now considered "high standards"?Perfectly reasonable line to draw. If I recall, snoring and sleep apnea are correlated with obesity, so by choosing similarly fit partners you should be fine | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/10/19 10:09 PM
As the average American female is a whopping 171lbs at 5'4, is wanting a girlfriend under 140/150lbs now considered "high standards"?Keep in mind that it’s just an average and that America has a very diverse population in terms of culture, economic status, and ethnicity. Obesity rates vary quite a bit based on those factors | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/10/19 12:51 PM
Older women of PPD (preferebly 30+), how's dating for women at your age?In my experience, as I got older I found that more and more women in my dating pool had issues in their lives that made them unsuitable to be a long term partner. Contrast that to my early 20s and a much larger percentage of single women were mentally and physically fit and didn’t have the baggage of children or divorce | /r/PurplePillDebate | 23/05/19 08:44 PM
Post wall women wonder why they can't find a guy to marry and have kids with...I doubt that’s the case. I know that when I was younger and single I always felt more free to be affectionate towards a woman that I wasn’t really interested in if I knew the relationship had a defined end point. It took off the pressure of not wanting to lead her on since she also knew it wasn’t going to last. That was always a big appeal to me and why I loved doing short flings while on vacation. I can almost guarantee that this guy would not marry her even if she was willing to follow. | /r/TheRedPill | 23/05/19 01:22 AM
Post wall women wonder why they can't find a guy to marry and have kids with...It’s an issue for her and it’s written from her perspective so I think that’s fine. What I think is more telling from that quote, and the reason why she will never find anyone, is that she’s not looking for a person to be in a relationship with. She’s looking for a person to fill a role that she’s imagined. One where he provides the suitable genetic material and the financial stability to have and raise a child. Personality and romantic compatibility don’t matter to her | /r/TheRedPill | 22/05/19 10:25 PM
How do I respond when people say " girls are just people like everyone else. Just talk to them like you would friends".I don’t think it’s bad advice, it just isn’t complete advice. It is good advice for those who get nervous or anxious to realize that it’s just another person they’re talking to. Nothing to be afraid of. | /r/PurplePillDebate | 22/05/19 01:18 AM
Being sociable, being personable, being charismatic, and belonging to higher status social circles boosts an otherwise average dudes’s SMV -- is that an accepted observation?Virtually no one is that ugly though. With a lot of people it comes down to unpleasant mannerisms or unpleasant hygiene. Yes the extremes you mentioned do exist but op was talking about people who look mostly normal | /r/PurplePillDebate | 21/05/19 11:34 PM
Meditations on the State of the BetaSince you pointed out this guy's weight and style I want to add my thoughts on that. Full disclosure, I'm about 20 lbs over my ideal weight and I dress poorly. Someone who is 20-30 lbs over ideal weight isn't fat to the point of causing health problems and really that level puts you in better shape than about half of americans. Why am I carrying around 20 lbs of fat? Because I like to eat, drink beer, and not do cardio. It doesn't bother me at all so why should I change? Who would I be changing … | /r/TheRedPill | 19/06/16 05:09 PM
