It's great that you had fun. You should lay off the drinks a bit. You know you can get in close to girls while drunk, now do it while sober and aware of what's going on around you. For the number girl, "is this deep" immediately makes her trying to figure out who you are You should put in something to remind her like your mad men outfit and how you had fun and made it home safe.

Do you enjoy trying to knock people down? He made a post and shared his experience while most guys lurking here would be too afraid to post. Maybe he's still drunk from all the drinks but he found value in the night and perhaps learned to lean in closer to girls, don't get drunk, and just texting "is this deep" doesn't work. But Miss Manners is made up of a group of people isn't it? So the person replying back is writing as a representation of the whole. It might even be a country difference too. As I recall, in the UK, when writing about statement from a company the journalist in the UK write in a plural tense such as, "The Creative Assembly are developing Romance of the 7 Kingdoms: Total War," while in the US it would be written as "The Creative Assembly is developing Romance of hte 7 Kingomds: Total War."
