Is marriage really always bad? That's a good point... She doesn't have any debt that I'm aware of though, and has saved up quite a lot of cash. Where I live you can only take on the debt of a spouse if it was something your jointly applied for, or purchased, like a credit card or house. We keep most of our finances separate, but still review stuff together. I have some back taxes. Seems like I'm the one who needs to get in gear. | /r/MGTOW | 08/12/16 06:52 AM
My carousel-riding (now) ex girlfriendThat sucks. Hope you've learned from her behaviors so you can avoid the same in the future. Not all women are deceitful, but our society has sure done a bang up job of indoctrinating a lot of them to be that way... | /r/MGTOW | 08/12/16 06:42 AM
Why paternity tests should be enforced by law.Paternity tests should be readily available, but I don't think men or their kids should be forced to submit to them if paternity is not an issue. Some people dislike DNA collection and invasion of their privacy by the government. | /r/MGTOW | 06/12/16 09:13 PM
Buses = Female Entitlement and Expected White KnightingSo I was hanging out at this militant women's rights convention because they had good food....and you wouldn't believe what happened! | /r/MGTOW | 06/12/16 05:41 PM
Is marriage really always bad?I don't see because I'm not married or divorced. When it comes to legal custody of children, where I live being married gives you more rights than it would if you weren't. I understand the legal system is messed up and biased towards women. Lawyers always win, even if they loose. I don't have a lot of money so I'm not sure what they're going to take. Half of nothing is still nothing if you know what I mean. | /r/MGTOW | 06/12/16 05:35 PM
Is marriage really always bad?I'm not trying to win out in the end, just not to be screwed over. Right now I have two friends. One is engaged to be married...the other is getting a divorce. The person getting a divorce has a very manipulative and deceitful wife. She is completely hedonistic and only cares for herself. She fooled a lot of people, but her close family and friends actually support her...it's crazy, but I suppose she learned this behavior somewhere! She is screwing over a good guy who would bend over backwards f… | /r/MGTOW | 06/12/16 02:34 AM
"Girlfriend [26 F] of 7 years broke up with me [25 M] due to her doubts"Can I join this "smack the shit out of em" club you're talking about? Nobody is perfect because we're all human, but in a lot of relationships there really is a bad person... I don't get this fall on your sword bullshit some idiots are willing to do. | /r/MGTOW | 06/12/16 01:27 AM
"Girlfriend [26 F] of 7 years broke up with me [25 M] due to her doubts"I don't think women just switch off feelings. They either really never had them, or lost them and found a replacement after hiding it for a long time. Deception is skill a lot of men don't understand. Some women won't share their feelings or thoughts directly if they're unhappy... instead they'll sob to some SoB who wants some pussy instead of dealing with their partner and being an adult. | /r/MGTOW | 06/12/16 01:22 AM
"Girlfriend [26 F] of 7 years broke up with me [25 M] due to her doubts"It's good you're not letting your pecker lead you around. Work on making yourself a good person you're happy with. A lot of women are crap and so are men. Learn to recognize deception, manipulation, and bad behavior. Give people the same opportunities for a proper relationship you would want to be afforded. | /r/MGTOW | 06/12/16 01:14 AM
LMAOI thought the whole thing was going to come down and crush her... much better! | /r/MGTOW | 06/12/16 01:04 AM
Is marriage really always bad?Where I live normally the courts award more legal and physical control of children when there was a marriage. I've seen some guys get pretty much screwed out of custody when they're not. Even though custody is supposed to be in the best interest of the children. | /r/MGTOW | 06/12/16 12:52 AM
Why can't we have instant divorce, like India?Sure why not. Get the government completely out of marriage and make it a completely religious or personal matter. Sounds like a great idea to me! | /r/MGTOW | 06/12/16 12:49 AM
Is marriage really always bad?I'll completely agree that the world is working against good people and probably has since it started spinning. Kardashians and Bridezilla crap doesn't help one bit... I don't think I've stumbled upon a Rolls Royce/ Unicorn relationship... To me it seems more like a rusting F-350 one. I'm fine with that though, especially if it keeps on running good and is reliable. Sure it might take more parts and effort, but what doesn't eventually? Even a Rolls Royce breaks down and the parts are super expen… | /r/MGTOW | 05/12/16 11:02 PM
New to MGTOW...married with kids and feel trappedI like your advice... Sometimes you can get that craft in the shop and get it repaired a bit. Still might not be the best, but it'll help a ton. If the rudder is stuck and you're heading towards a dam, jump out and swim to shore! | /r/MGTOW | 05/12/16 10:37 PM
Is marriage really always bad?Do you think women can't remain loyal like men, or that people are just not loyal long term in general? I think if we married and divorced the custody would likely be 50/50 and our joint asset split would be the same or similar. If we do not marry I could have less rights to custody of the child. I've seen divorce first hand and understand how manipulative and deceitful some people can be. I don't think everyone is like that though... She is keen on marriage because lots of other women get marri… | /r/MGTOW | 05/12/16 10:26 PM
Is marriage really always bad? That's part of the reason why I posted, I don't see how it could have any harsh penalties for me. | /r/MGTOW | 05/12/16 09:47 PM
Is marriage really always bad?I don't think I've won the lottery, but perhaps I have... | /r/MGTOW | 05/12/16 09:46 PM
Is marriage really always bad?I'm not sure how knocking her up or getting married really puts her in control of anything. I'm a VERY controlling person by my nature although I try and make decisions with her as a couple. | /r/MGTOW | 05/12/16 09:45 PM
New to MGTOW...married with kids and feel trappedPrepare for a divorce and let her know why... that's about the best you can do. Maybe she'll work with you to repair your relationship, maybe not. At least she'll have the option to try before it happens. | /r/MGTOW | 05/12/16 09:15 PM
