Yea man I just wish they were a little older so they could understand what is going, instead of them wondering where Daddy is.

I'm really sorry man, this shit sucks. I'm glad that your doing better now though. Do you get to see them often??

I'm so sorry man, my wife wanted more than just me also. We tried to reconcile but trust has been gone for a while and the lies never stopped. I never wanted it to end like this but, it has too for my sake and the kids. I don't want them to see Daddy walking around with anxiety 24/7 and not happy.

My kids are 3 and 1. It hurts to imagine my son's asking where I am and not being able to comfort them. How did it effect your kids?? Are they always happy to see you still?? I know it sounds crazy and won't happen but I just don't want to be forgotten

Don't do it man. My story is very very similar to yours even the same ages. The trust will never come back once gone. You'll wonder what your going to find out next and it'll leave you anxiety ridden and paranoid. For the past 6 years of my 10 year marriage I've lived in a constant state of anxiety and it just isnt worth it. You're not even enjoying your own life at this point.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
