I lost a best friend (since kindergarten) about 3 years ago in a hit and run accident. We were very close talking almost everyday and had a strong bond. One of my day 1's for almost 30 years. Submerge yourself in a lifting and exercise routine. Tell yourself its okay to have the anger, the pain, and use it for something positive. Work quickly to move on when you have the thoughts. Time will heal, just use it wisely. If you fear drinking is not going to do any good for you, try doing 30 days without alcohol for your own recovery.

I think you need to feel the vibe out a little more then respond accordingly (sparingly). In the screenshots you provided the girl isnt engaging, it is all you. Thats not good dude.
