I think a good way to put this is that bluepillers are unhappy with who they are, thereby paralysing them and causing them to become 'nice guys'; red pillers are unaccepting of being the same person they were yesterday, thereby motivating them to become better - turning them into increasingly confident and self-assured people. Two sides of the same coin, but a subtle difference that has completely different outcomes.

If it is scripted, it's even worse! Look at the narrative they chose in order to make the video more believable. If it is fake, then its this blue pill garbage that, to everyone else on the internet, makes it all seem completely normal. Thats what is scary to me. I don't think you guys should just brush this off, especially if it was scripted.
