I moved to DC recently and am trying to set up a weed delivery service. I approach a lot of dudes in strip clubs and ask if they want to throw in on a bottle before I tell them about my business. You can find a lot of successful young(er) guys there who are open to making friends. Finding people at the club is always possible, but much more difficult. I find, especially in DC, it's extremely cliquey.

These are all just abstract ideas, obviously having a 50/50 conversation with an interested party is ideal. But in a bar or club where the music is loud and it's hard to go back and forth seeming interesting and having a lot to say is cool. You're making it too obvious that you're hitting on them. Think of yourself as a magician: you want to sleep with them but you can't come out and say it. So you need to distract them with one hand so they're not looking at what you're doing with the other, e.i. start talking about something unrelated to them and your feelings for them.
