1	Major missing piece to dropping beta behavior is standing up to bullies. One remains. Please help, guys. You say revenge (verbally, not physically) has been the best therapy for you. Describing it as a cathartic experience. I would say keep the low-contact rule going. Work on being financially and emotionally independent from him, as well as others.
